*Prices are based on F.O.B., our warehouse in Lincoln, Rhode Island.

Terms & Conditions
*All new customers must prepaid or pay cash on the first order. But on the second order, customers can apply a credit limit only if credit is approved.(This policy only applies to orders over 1000 dollars.)
*We accept credit cards after credit company is approved. Orders will not be processed if there are outstanding debts or balances. Any past due account will be changed to C.O.D. terms only. Shipping
*Orders will be shipped in different means of transportation according to customers demands. For exmaple, UPS, RPS, FedEX, truck, etc. Shipping charges will be paid by the customers only.
Minimum Orders
*Minimum orders must reach the standard packing of each case. Claims
*Claims must be made within 7 days of receiving our merchandises.
*After 7 days, we cannot be held responsible for it.
*We strongly advise customers to notify us immediately if there is any problems with our merchandises.
Returns/Replacement/Warranty
*All sales are final.
*Exchanges will be made only if products are mismacthed with the purchase order or any samples we provided, we will be responsible for replacing the products. Otherwise, no exchanges or returns will be made.
